Who We Are and Why 9joya
Is Your First Choice
Safe entertainment, local payments, and round-the-clock support in Bengali — these three pillars are the foundation of every service at 9joya.
Our Story and Mission
Demand for online entertainment in Bangladesh is growing fast. But most platforms were not built with Bengali-speaking players in mind — the interface is in English, payments are complicated, and support is slow. 9joya is here to fill that gap. We believe every Bangladeshi player has the right to enjoy online entertainment in their own language, through familiar payment methods, and in a way that matches their own culture.
Our mission is simple — to provide the safest, most transparent, and most enjoyable online casino and betting experience for players in Bangladesh. At 9joya, every decision is made with the player's convenience as the top priority — from the choice of technology to the selection of payment partners.
We know that players in Bangladesh are most comfortable using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. That is why all financial transactions on our platform are handled through these four mobile wallets. You can start playing with a deposit of just ৳300, and withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Fast, hassle-free, and entirely in Bengali — that is the 9joya promise.
We believe the joy of playing should be equal for everyone. With that in mind, we offer a special welcome bonus for new players — a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳3,000. The wagering requirement is just 10x — applied only to the bonus amount, not the total balance.
Transparency and responsibility are at the heart of our values. We work with industry-leading software providers to ensure fair play — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and many more. The outcome of every game is completely random and governed by audited algorithms. SSL encryption protects your personal information and transactions.
9joya is more than just a platform — it is a trusted entertainment destination for millions of cricket fans, football fans, and slots enthusiasts across Bangladesh. Through our VIP program, regular players can advance from Bronze to Platinum level and enjoy weekly cashback and exclusive benefits. We respect every player and continuously work to improve their experience.
