The following terms are used throughout this document:

• Platform: The 9joya website and all its services, including casino games, sports betting, and live dealer tables.
• Player/User: Any person who holds a registered account at 9joya and uses the platform.
• Account: The personal user profile created upon registering at 9joya.
• Funds/Balance: The amount of money deposited into a player's account.

2.1 Age Requirement

Each player may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts — using the same name, email, phone number, or device — is prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts.

All information provided at registration — name, phone number, email address — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or incorrect information may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the cancellation of any pending withdrawals.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the 9joya support team immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile payment methods are currently accepted at 9joya:

• Nagad
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet)
• Upay

Payment methods other than those listed above cannot be processed.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

Deposit or withdrawal requests below these amounts cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after a successful request is submitted. For both deposits and withdrawals, you must use your own verified mobile banking account.

3.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in account suspension and funds being held.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳18,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applied only to the bonus amount — not the original deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, providing false information, or claiming bonuses through any other dishonest means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

4.4 Right to Modify Promotions

9joya reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion or offer without prior notice.

The 9joya VIP program has four tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their activity on the platform:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week

VIP cashback is granted under separate terms. Contact the 9joya support team for more details.

• Dishonestly exploiting any platform bug or technical advantage
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to defraud other players
• Attempting to breach or bypass the platform's security systems
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts (arbitrage betting)
• Following suspicious or coordinated betting patterns

7.1 Closure by 9joya

9joya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Providing false information or concealing identity
• Failure to verify age

7.2 Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your account yourself or take a self-exclusion under responsible gaming, please contact the 9joya support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining eligible balance before the account is closed.
